Hi, I’m Dr Shelley Wilkinson


I’ve been a dietitian for 30 years and I also have a PhD in psychology.​

My passion is in blending my expertise from these two specialties to inform and empower women to find easy and practical solutions for lasting changes to routines and habits.​
