What you eat right now could be the most powerful thing you do for your fertility.
Whether you're just starting to think about a baby, actively trying, or navigating IVF - your nutrition habits matter more than you think. And the good news? They're completely within your control.
Trying to conceive can feel like a waiting game where so much is out of your hands.
You can't control your hormones. You can't speed up the process. And if you're on the IVF journey, you already know how little control that process allows you.
But here's what you can control: what you put on your plate.
Research is increasingly clear - the right nutrition before conception supports ovulation, improves egg quality, reduces the risk of complications, and can meaningfully improve outcomes for women undergoing assisted reproduction.
You deserve expert, evidence-based guidance to make those changes - without the guilt, the confusion, or the endless conflicting advice online.

Hi, I'm Dr Shelley Wilkinson- Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and PhD (Health Psychology)
I've spent 30 years working with women at some of the most important and emotionally loaded times of their lives. Fertility is one of them.
I know how vulnerable this time can feel - and how desperately you want to feel like you're doing something that makes a real difference. I also know that the nutrition noise around fertility is overwhelming, often contradictory, and sometimes just wrong.
My approach is different. I combine the latest nutrition science with a deep understanding of health psychology - because knowing what to eat is only half the battle. The other half is making it stick in real life, in your kitchen, with your schedule and your preferences.
This program is built around what actually works. Practical, personalised, evidence-based - and genuinely enjoyable, because food should never stop being one of life's pleasures.
Nourish & Nurture for Fertility is Dr Shelley Wilkinson's self-paced online program built around one goal: helping you create the nutritional foundation that gives you and your future baby the very best start.
Practical. Personalised. Evidence-based. And designed for real life - not a perfect diet you can't sustain.
This program is for you if you are:
- Newly thinking about starting a family and want to prepare your body with the right nutrition habits

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the program take?
It's completely self-paced - you work through it at whatever speed suits you. Most women find they can complete the core modules in a few weeks, then return to specific sections as their journey progresses.
I'm already eating pretty healthily. Will I still get value?
Almost certainly yes. Fertility nutrition is highly specific - the right nutrients, at the right amounts, at the right time in your cycle - and even women with excellent general eating habits are often surprised by what they were missing or over-doing. The information about supplements alone is worth the investment for most people.
I have PMOS - is this program right for me?
Yes. There is specific content within the program dedicated to nutrition for PMOS, including how to use dietary strategies to support ovulatory fertility and manage common symptoms.
I'm doing IVF. Is there content relevant to me?
Yes - the program includes a content specifically on nutrition for assisted reproduction, covering egg quality and optimising your body for implantation.
Can my partner benefit too?
The program focuses on female fertility nutrition, but male nutrition also matters for conception. If you'd like guidance on nutrition for sperm health, this is something Dr Shelley can cover in individual consultations - see www.lifestylematernity.com.au to book.
How do I access the program after purchasing?
You'll have instant access through your Teachable account from any device — phone, tablet, or computer.
