Your instructor

Dr Shelley Wilkinson is one of Australia's leading women's health dietitians. 

She complements 30 years of nutrition expertise with a PhD in psychology, balancing the 'know-what' of nutrition with the 'know-how' of innovative behaviour change techniques. 

As you enter perimenopause it can feel like your body (and life) are out of control. You are not alone. There are things you can do to help feel stronger and more in control.

Driven by this knowledge, Dr Shelley has crafted her course, "Nourish & Nurture: Your Personalised Perimenopause Journey with Lifestyle PeriMenopause," as an embodiment of this philosophy. 

Her passion lies in empowering women with the skills and confidence needed to make informed decisions that benefit their wellbeing.
